What Can We Offer ?

Due to the ever changing faces of the world and the circumstances within which we are now
living, it has become clear that now, more than ever, we need to re-acquaint ourselves with
some of the ancient arts and sciences of our ancestors.

The West Wales Dowsers Society's Programmes constantly arrange new and varied events so that we can offer a comprehensive guidance in the art of dowsing/divining.

This includes a structured tuition programme designed to teach newcomers and beginners alike.
Starting with the basics, our dedicated group of tutors will teach you to understand the concepts of dowsing/divining. They will then show you how to use your instruments correctly, followed by tangible dowsing exercises. These will take place at the numerous and varied field trips and indoor venues planned for this year as well as the indoor tuition events.

Our Programme Of Events serves two functions:

1. Field trips during the spring/summer months:
The sites visited by us are carefully selected in order to provide both members and non- members alike with a wide and varied range of dowsing divining experiences.

Field Trips usually start on site at 11:00am (unless otherwise stated) and generally finish by 4-5.00pm. Directions to sites are published with our two-monthly Newsletter (available to members only) or from this Web site.

There is a charge of £1.00 for non-members. (To cover the costs of any ground plans provided by us).

2. Indoor meetings during the Autumn/Winter months:
These meetings consist of either presentations from Guest or Member Speakers on subjects ranging from “Aromatherapy” to “Zodiacs In The Landscape”, or our own “Healing and Divining” workshops where you can learn about the many different Healing Techniques and
Dowsing/Divining Practices. It is at the indoor meetings where more attention can be given to Map-Dowsing and pendulum work.

Indoor Meetings start at 1.45pm (doors open at 1.15pm) and finish at 5.00pm. Presentations start at 2.00pm, with a half-hour refreshment break at 3.30pm.

Admission Fees are currently:
Members @ £3.00, non-members @ £3.00, Juniors (16yrs and under) @ 50p
